What are the cash registers?

In the literal sense, there were strong boxes for storing and protection of tangible valuables such as currency, precious metals, jewelry and acts from theft. Because linen and clothing were considered almost as valuable as money before the industrial revolution, it would not be uncommon for these items to be stored in treasures. The legendary treasure chests buried by Rogue Pirates would also be considered cash registers and were most likely stolen from their owners intact. Many cash registers would be made of heavy forests enlarged by a metal zone, along with forged iron locks and reinforced curtains. Although these assets may not literally be stored in decorated wooden trunks for custody, they are often considered to be an excess of the "rainy day of the daily fund" outside the normal financing and allocation of the budget. For example, the city government may be reluctantly connected to its cash registers for unexpected expenses. In a sense, cash registers or companies are considered reserves only PRO emergency use because they will have to be completed over time.

Sometimes a natural disaster causes the local government to join its own cash registers rather than waiting for financial assistance from state or federal agencies. It is not necessarily a question that the funds will be available, but rather a question about exhaustion of their own limited cash registers when other alternatives are available. Natural disasters, reduced tax bases or general economic problems can cause local government to get into their own cash registers before help.

events outside the normal government budget may also require a visit to cash registers. The financing of war or other military actions, especially the lengthy war without a predictor, may require the country to connect to its reserves or cash registers. Candidates looking for elections to the Office, especially at national level, can PODUp to gifts from supporters for their cash register campaign. When these funds fall below a certain level, the candidate may feel the need to organize a fundraising event that will complement its so -called "war chest" or campaign.
