Threadworms or Pinworms are parasitic worms that can infect people. More precisely, they are called Enterobius vermicularis and are a type of round worm. Infections with these worms are most common in children, but may occur in adults. The most common reason for infection is initial exposure and poor hygiene. Occasionally small eggs become air and enter the mouth without engaging the hand. Once the eggs are in the body, they travel to the large intestine and hatch. Every night, the pinworms then move to the anal opening and store the eggs outside the skin. This behavior with egg layering facilitates infection of circuits with the spread of other people, especially if good hygiene is not observed. Some people may have disrupted sleep due to this symptom. Others barely net itching that could cause the infection to remain. The main problem with the infection persists is that eggs on the skin, clothing and bed can easily spread infection to others. This occurs especially in younger children in the school environment and in institcial environments or in the field of long -term care.

It is very easy to treat threads when an infection is called oxyuriasis. It is more difficult to notice, especially if the symptoms are smaller. Several different tactics are used to diagnose the presence of Pinworms.

After people are going to sleep, exploring the rectum with small light show the pinworms. This method could be used in children who would probably sleep. Placing a small amount of tape on the rectum and quick removal can reveal the presence of eggs under the microscope. Alternatively small samples taken from the nail would also show the presence of eggs. If the condition is suspected, people should consult with doctors about the best diagnostic methods.

Treatment of thread killing is simple. People take prescribed or over cols in two doses within a few weeks. Killing worms can be easyBut there is no reinfection from preventing reinfection. People must follow strict hygiene instructions, including some bedrooms to be cleaned daily and an infected person with a morning shower, so new eggs do not cause a recurrence of infection.

It is difficult to know where infections with threads come. Most often it is a person, which is those who have the worst hygiene most vulnerable. This tends to mean children and should be made all efforts to support hygienic behavior at home and school. Hand washing is particularly important for preventing Pinworm infection and many other more serious diseases. Children who complain about anal itching should also be checked for infekcithreadworms.
