What is Tellme®?

Using Internet and telephone technology has become something that many people rely on every day. The use of these services can have many forms, call a phone number for a telephone number using Google to find restaurants in the neighborhood, and even with yellow pages to find information about a particular business. Progress in technology and increased use of mobile phones has created several technologies, one of which Tellme®, which allows users to call or send a short message (SMS) to obtain business information or phone numbers. Call Tellme® is a great way to find a pizzeria on the way to a movie night with friends.

Tellme® uses voice XML to allow voice input from the caller. When the user calls the Tellme® 800 number, they are submitted a list of information categories to which they have access through Tellme®. When the caller is looking for information, Tellme® reads the found information to the caller. If the request is approved by PRBy SMS, there is a text message to the phone number that has started the request. In addition to categories, Tellme® has a list of abbreviations that can be used from anywhere in the menu system to access specific services such as time or weather.

Tellme® service can be used from any phone and is free of charge without registration. However, if the account is created, it can be used to save certain search as your favorite. For example, the weather forecast for any city can be stored as popular to allow repeated use of the item.

Tellme® is a great way to get road information and can be used safely in a car or in a crowded environment when the phone is direct or computer may not be available.
