What is the newt?
Salamander furnaces are small broiler furnaces that are useful in a number of food preparation tasks. Although it is possible to bake or cook in a mlomantic furnace, the device is commonly used to melt, toast or brown the upper layer of various meals. The Salamander furnace, sometimes referred to as the Brojler of the Newt, is ideal for performing fast tasks without having to heat a larger baking pan, such as melting cheese on the top of the burger patty.
There are home and commercial versions of the Salamander oven. Around the house, furnace of this type work very well for baking canned biscuits or croissants without heating the whole kitchen. The oven is also useful for browning the upper layer of pan or melting the cheese layer at the top of the bowl. When it comes to preparing appetizers, the oven is particularly great for preparing fish fillets, because the oven cooks the fish thoroughly without drying it. The salamander can also be modified to very low settings to make the food board in the warm without burning entrée or sides.
Commercial version of the Salamander oven, often designed with two open ends and placed in the space between the kitchen and serving space. It works very well, because the chef can prepare the basic presentation on the plate and insert it into the newt furnace at one end. The server removes the heated plate at the other end and transports it to the table. When the servers warn dinner that the plate is hot, there is a great chance that the food has been handed over through the newt.
There are several advantages to own a newt. One has to do with effective energy use. This smaller broiler style of the oven requires much less energy than a full -size oven. This means that if the task is to prepare several simple appetizers with or two, it can be food in shallow containers and prepared in the newt oven. The process not only uses less energy but also does not shoot the kitchen nowhere near as well as the start of the majorityOven.
At the same time, it is important to realize that the Mlokan oven is not the right medium for cooking the whole turkey or ham. Also, the oven is usually not the best choice if the food needs to boil slowly to be fully cooked. However, if the task involves adding glaze or melting the upper layer of the prepared bowl, the salamander is an excellent choice.
