What are the different types of heritage?
Squash heritage differs from common squash in quality and age. Heir squash must come from a very old seed, usually 1951 or earlier. This inheritance squash grows on barbed, compact bushes and is a dark green color. This zucchini is narrow and long, with a sharp yellow body.
Burgess Buttercup Squash came from Burgess Seeds Company in 1932.D Winter Squash, usually 8 inches (20 cm) long and weighs between £ 3 and £ 5 (1.4 and 2.3 kg). The skin is dark green, striped with white stripes and meat is yellow, dry and sweet.
