What is strategic counseling?
Strategy Consulting is a service provided to management with expertise in the field of design and implementation of various types of business strategies. A strategy is a plan or carefully considered procedure designed to achieve a specific goal. The use of strategic consultants has increased in admission and popularity because the business world has moved from local to global markets. The Strategy Management was first launched as a recognized study field at the age of 60. In cooperation with Boz & Company, McKinsey and Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Harvard professors have defined and developed the tools and approaches that form the foundation of this school of management. Beware of consultants who pepper their speech using BuzzWords, Žargon and three -sand shortcuts. A qualified consultant should be able to take a complex object and easily understand it, regardless of the background.
Management ConsulTant is a critical skill that ensures that the company gets good value for money. The consultant should report to someone based on the company management structure. This person should be responsible for determining clear expectations, review of work products and maintaining a consultant on the way to complete the required work. Without this role, it is very difficult to determine whether the company gains the right value for the cost of consulting strategy.
