What is the agreement doing?

Shorliator is a peacemaker. It is called to alleviate the tension and help the sides peacefully compare their dispute over mutual satisfaction. As a neutral third party, it fairly assesses the problems, listens to possible solutions, and eventually negotiates a settlement that will delight both participants. These negotiations usually take place in the legal environment, but can be carried out any place provided by the privacy of each party because it concurrently performs interviews.

There is a difference between agreement, arbitrators and mediators. While all three are looking for tactful and calm solutions often volatile disagreements, there are differences in their roles. In legal proceedings, the arbitrator may obtain evidence and witnesses and provide contributions to decision and valuation; the conciliation capacity. In mediation, both parties are present during negotiations because mutual benefits are discussed and considered. Reconciliation usually involves searching for individual concessions and each party privately consulted. The calm atmosphere leads to communication with a clean head. Cannot be successfulIf it fails to eliminate the voltage between the two sides before negotiations.

As soon as calm is established, the harmony asks for each party to create a list of what results they expect from negotiations. Since the parties are advised independently, everyone can be honest in their answers. Once the list has been completed, the Agreement requires each list to be organized from most to the least desired results.

then asks each side to start eliminating what targets are the least important to them, starting with the list of the list. She goes back and forth to keep the lists even without one side knowing the desire the result of the other. Lists rarely match, and if some goals are the same, they are not normally due to the same priority.

As soon as the solution is clearer, every person involved in the negotiations feels a sense of success in their goals due to fair consideration. The conciliator usually achievesSuccess, because each participant feels valuable and heard. This feeling of trust makes it easier to achieve mutually desired goals, as each party becomes more accessible to accept the elections of the other.

A successful conciliator must be the main negotiator, but a lot of creativity is also required for this position. When every client says their goals and concerns, they have to make a lot of reading between the lines. The individual leader in the process of negotiating with logic and calm requires patience. It must also have a highly developed understanding of the human nature and the need to have one's requests recognized and appealed.
