What is Sahaja meditation?

Sahaja Mediation is a meditative practice that Shri Mataji Nirmal Devi realized on the world consciousness. It is designed to help doctors achieve self -acknowledge or exertion through regular practice. This knowledge is quite ancient and was given to the disciples of Gurus only in earlier times. The Sanskrit word Sahaja translates as spontaneous and Sahaja meditation should move a person's awareness to a level where it is possible to experience the truth tangibly. The vision of meditation is to allow people to spontaneously evolve into this higher consciousness effortlessly, just as the seed grows on a tree without any struggle. This energy increases and chakras or energy centers in the body are also affected. The effects of Sahaja meditation occur in a very tangible way by its experts. Meditators report that they feel the gentle vibrations of this awakened energy as a cold breeze, which is based on the peaks of their heads and hands.

This type of meditation differs from other meditative practices in that it begins with the idea of self -realization that is happening spontaneously. In other methods, this condition is realized only after intensive spiritual practices, often covering their entire life. Sahaja mediation, according to its founder, resembles the lighting of a small lamp of consciousness that allows man to spiritually develop. Every person becomes their own guru and is able to feel any blocks in their own energy centers as well as the chakras of other people.

The benefits of Sahaja meditation are diverse and are said that regular practice brings an emotional, mental and physical body to a balanced state. It allegedly practiced this form of meditation will clean energy centers and deal with the root causes of the disease directly through the cleaning kundalini energy. Unnatural emotions such as depression, uncertainty and stress are reduced and the mind is clearer. The practitioner is said to experience a stronger connection with Divine daily.

This is a simple method and anyone from any age can attract Sahaja meditation. Sahaja meditation was brought to light in 1970 and has followers in approximately 90 countries. The followers strive to make them realize more every day and believe that their increased mental, physical and emotional well -being is simply a by -product of their growing awareness.
