What is a spray machine?

The

spray machine is usually a small sealed chamber where energy particles such as electrons are bombarded by the source material that extends the atoms from the surface. These atoms are then reflected from the walls of the chamber and coated the object of the sample inside the chamber. The scanning of electron microscopes (SE) relying on the electrical conductivity of the samples when looking at the elements on a nanometer scale often rely on the spray machine to make biological samples with a thin platinum layer first for viewing. Other uses for spraying technology include the coating of thin films in the process of deposition for semiconductor industry and etching the surface layer from the material to determine its chemical composition.

Although the machine for which the machine is preparing a sample can be very complex and expensive, the fleeting device may not be. Correcting machines can be relatively simple devices working on established physical principles and often lack moving parts of OR need complicated maintenancewould be. They apply from small table devices to large floor models.

Physical steam deposition is one routine method used in the design of machine spraying. The deposition material is converted into steam in a spray chamber under low pressure, usually a partial vacuum. Steam steam condenses on the substrate material in the chamber and creates a thin film. This film can be only a few layers of atoms or thick molecules and thickens in a direct proportion to how long the scattering process continues. Other factors in the thickness of the thin film include the mass of each appropriate material and the level of energy of the coating particles, which can be charged from tens of electron volts up to thousands.

charged atoms known as ions are also used by sparkling in a process known as potential spraying. The spray material has an ion cartridge then loses when it affects the target area. With this processIt is related to the reactive ionic etching (RIE), which uses naturally ion materials in the research of secondary ionic weight spectrometry (SIMS), to analyze the presence of trace elements in materials. The processing of static SIMS tears such a fine speed that only a tenth of the atomic monovřtva will be removed from the target surface. It is therefore another useful tool in the research of nanotechnology, as well as the spray machine for SEM.

Further use for spraying machine includes a coating of flat glass, acrylic and other plastics, as well as ceramics and crystals other than silicon. They can also be used as a very fine cleaning and polishing method of fine components. Expensive jewelry and dishes, such as golden cutlery, can also undergo spray deposition, as well as specialized gold and aluminum films.
