What is a sauna IR?
Infrared (IR) sauna is similar to conventional sauna, with the main difference that IR heaters are used as a heat source. IR heating uses far IR or energy similar to the energy provided by the sun, but there is no risk of solar radiation in the IR sauna. Unlike a traditional sauna in which heat indirectly affects the body, IR energy is directly absorbed by the body, which can have advantages. Ir Sauna does not have the same high temperature as the traditional sauna, so those who cannot take high heat may feel more comfortable. Although there are many claimed advantages of using IR sauna, some are missing in easily accessible evidence. The main difference is that IR saunas use IR heaters instead of traditional heaters or hot rocks to produce extra heat. These heaters should be far away, or IR, which are close to the microwave energy spectrum because it is assumed that it offers the most health benefits. Some saunas use almost or medium heaters but are not considered effective.
When using a traditional sauna, the body is influenced by heat and steam without absorbing, so the only advantage was believed to be sweating. With IR sauna, energy is directly absorbed. Some health experts argue that this absorption has been helping in repairing damaged tissue, but since 2011 there has been little solid evidence to support this claim. The absorption of this energy is not dangerous because, unlike the ultraviolet energy, IR energy does not adversely affect the human body.
Some people can be wary of using the sauna due to intensive heat. If so, they may want to consider an IR sauna that uses heating far. When heating is used far, the body warms up, but not air. This means that IR heating remains cool body warms up. This can be too intense for some sensitive individuals.
Although there are many claimed benefits using IR sauna, there are several dEfinitive benefits. Like the ordinary sauna, people sweat and burn calories during the sauna. Blood circulation and pressure will improve with elevated temperature. There is also metabolic support, although the effect is minimal.
